I want to encourage you, men, that a sexual addiction support group and Christian counseling will help set you free from sexual addiction. I recommend that you become a member of a group that speaks on this subject. Then, find two strong “accountability men” with no issues of addiction and strong moral character with whom you check in once a week. If you have permission from them and feel the need for an emergency call, they will be available to you.
In other words, your accountability partners will hold your feet to the fire and help prevent you from responding to a trigger.
How to Find A Sexual Addiction Counselor and Support Group
I strongly suggest you search for a Christian-based counselor and support group. Why? Because I know for a fact that only God can help you overcome sexual compulsivity.
First, you can check your church’s website or confidentially ask your pastor about resources on or off campus. Often, pastors can point congregants to Christian resources.

Fighting the Good Fight One Day at a Time
I advise that you not dwell on problems but focus on each day individually as you fight not to act out.
Each day is precious to you as you begin a new journey to seek freedom. You cannot do this alone, and once again, I encourage you to pursue a competent counselor who is an expert on sex addiction.
